Meet The Team

Michael brings over 25 years of specialized expertise to the jewelry industry. Known for his deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship, Michael has dedicated his career to helping clients celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Deeply rooted in the local community, he proudly serves on the Board of Directors for both the Missoula Symphony and the Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce. When not in the showroom, you can likely find Michael enjoying a round of golf on one of Montana’s beautiful courses.

Landi serves as the backbone of the company, managing all back-office operations and ensuring the business runs seamlessly. A licensed massage therapist by trade, Landi brings a unique perspective of care and attention to detail to the family business. When she isn't keeping the office in top shape, Landi is an active member of the Missoula community, frequently attending local events alongside her husband, Michael. Above all, her favorite role is being a grandmother—cherishing every moment spent with her family and spoiling her first Grandchild.

Working hand-in-hand with Michael, Carson is an integral part of the company’s future growth and strategic direction. Carson attended the University of Tennessee, where he studied Finance.  He leverages his analytical background to ensure L&M remains at the forefront of the industry while maintaining its family-owned values. He famously refers to himself as the "&" in L&M, bridging the legacy built by his parents with a modern vision for the business. Carson is very active with Missoula Young Professionals.  Outside of the office, Carson is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf and fishing, but his favorite role is being a dedicated Dad.

• Monse brings a unique blend of artistry and precision to L&M Fine Jewelry. A native of Costa Rica, she holds a degree in Violin Performance from the prestigious Boston Conservatory at Berklee, a background that informs her meticulous attention to detail on the sales floor. Beyond her work with clients, she wears many operational hats behind the scenes, ensuring the business functions at its highest level. Deeply committed to the Missoula community, she actively joins Carson in local engagement efforts. Her most rewarding role, however, is being a new Mom to their son,

Cameron serves as the Manager of the L&M Fine Jewelry Kalispell location, where he oversees daily operations and client relations for the Flathead Valley. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Neuroscience, Cameron brings a highly analytical and detail-oriented approach to the jewelry industry. His background in complex systems allows him to provide a unique, thoughtful perspective when helping clients select the perfect piece. Cameron is an avid golfer and enjoys spending his time off on the greens across Montana.

As the Head Goldsmith at L&M Fine Jewelry, Brea is the master artisan behind the bench. She expertly coordinates all repair work for the company, ensuring every piece—from family heirlooms to modern designs—is handled with the highest level of craftsmanship. In addition to her technical artistry, Brea manages the daily shop operations and quality control for both locations. Her dedication to the bench ensures that the "L&M" standard of excellence is reflected in every solder, setting, and polish.

Kathi is the Store Manager at L&M Fine Jewelry, where she orchestrates the daily sales activities that define the L&M's premium experience. With a passion for luxury service, Kathi ensures every guest receives personalized, expert attention. She is the bridge between L&M’s world-class inventory and the clients who walk through the door, dedicated to making every visit a memorable success.

Ross brings a unique dual-expertise to L&M Fine Jewelry, bridging the gap between the workshop and the world. As the lead for marketing content and placement, he utilizes a sharp blend of creativity and strategy to tell the L&M story across every platform. Beyond his marketing brilliance, Ross is also an accomplished goldsmith. This "two-hat" role allows him to share the intricate beauty of the jewelry-making process with the community, translating the technical mastery of the bench into compelling content that resonates with our clients.

Kendra is a seasoned Jewelry Consultant at L&M, bringing years of industry experience and a deep knowledge of fine gems and precious metals. Known for being an exceptional listener, Kendra takes a genuine interest in the stories behind every visit.
